NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO UPDATE THE AGUA DULCE COMMUNITY STANDARDS DISTRICTÂ Â May 22, 2012
On May 22, 2012 at 9:30 AM, the Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendment to Los Angeles County Code (Title 22-Zoning Ordinance) to update the Agua Dulce Community Standards District for the purpose of hearing testimony relative to the adoption of proposed amendment, in the Hearing Room 381B of the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Adminstration, 500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Interested persons will be given an opportunity to testify.

General description of proposal:
Project No. R2010-00446-(5) to update the current Agua Dulce Community Standards District, which is intended to help preserve the community character by addressing minimum lot size, residential and commercial development standards, street improvements, public trails, signage, the allowance of cargo shipping containers, the expansion of allowable home-based occupations, an increase in the number of dogs, and significant ridgeline and hillside management protection.
