Proposed Amendments to Agua Dulce Town Council Bylaws

In an effort to streamline and eliminate unnecessary steps, the Agua Dulce Town Council is proposing amendments to their Bylaws, Election Procedures, and Election Timeline. If candidates are unopposed and/or there are less than a full slate of candidates and the deadline for Write-in Candidates has passed, those verified, eligible candidates will elected by acclamation and an election will not be held. A Special Election shall be held to fill vacancies created by a lack of a full slate of candidates. Click HERE to review proposed changes
